I placed an order for a pair of shoes to be overnighted to me. The next day I received an e-mail stating that my order had been placed on backorder, and would not be available for another week. I immediately searched for another site that had them in stock and ready to ship. I found a company and received the shoes the very next day.
I then e-mailed "Kim Rawley" and told her that I no longer needed the merchandise and would kindly appreciate a full refund. After 2 days I got no response. I called the company and spoke with Esther Lyons who reassured me that the money would be credited to my account within 2-4 days, this has NOT happened. I waited a few more days, nothing. It has now been over a week and no answer when I call, no refund, no e-mail response, nothing. Luckily, my bank was willing to cancel the transaction and now they are dealing with them.
This company is a RIPOFF!!
