On January 31 I ordered a pair of shoes, for work, from Dimout. They were supposed to be delivered in 5 days or less.
Nothing.
So I waited another week.
Nothing.
So I called them and emailed them. Finally after waiting, they notified me the shoes I ordered from them weren't even in Stock.
They said they were refunding my money and it would take 3-4 business days.
Nothing.
Since than every 4-5 business days I have written and called. I keep getting the same run around. That they will send it "down" and have it refunded, it should be back in my account in 3-4 business days.
Not only that but I have since then found the same shoes for 10 dollars cheaper somewhere else online. What a Rip-off.
Their customer service is really upsetting. They won't answer my calls and they take a rather long time responding to emails.
When you email the president, etc. It just goes to a common employee. I get no resolve with them at all. They also won't answer my calls anymore. I have requested a charge back, but that will take another 10 days, if I even get one...
