I ordered a pair of shoes online. After a week, they e-mailed me to say they were on backorder. I did not want to wait so I e-mailed and phoned to cancel the order. No calls were returned.
Finally I received an e-mail saying the order was canceled.
Then a couple days later I received an e-mail saying the order was shipped!
I e-mailed and phoned to cancel the order. No calls were returned.
I received an e-mail stating a mistake was made and no shoes were shipped, no charges were made.
I looked at my bank statement today and $114 was charged to my account for Oscar Thompson shoes.
Once again, I left messages and sent e-mails. No response.
Will I ever get my money back??
