I ordered shoes on May 3. Credit card was charged May 5. Two weeks later, no shoes. Called the company, only got an answering machine. Emailed the company. Got reply two days later from Kim Rawley (listed as VP on website) stating shoes were on backorder and they would be shipped out the following week. It is now four weeks after I placed the order. I have never received the order, have never received a UPS tracking code or any proof the order was ever mailed. I have called the company repeatedly, and only get an answering machine. I have been emailing the company several times a day, asking for a refund. I have not heard back from the company, have not received my merchandise, have not received a refund.
