Purchased two remanufactured ink cartridges.in one box i found a cartridge floating in red ink. So OK, stuff happens - ill exchange it.
No way. No phone number on the invoice, so I go to the website with the money back guarantee icon and click on customer service on the contact us page. I sent them numerous messages to all of their addresses and every one of them came back with "The following addresses had permanent fatal errors"
I'd like to think I could resolve this issue if I could contact them, But then i looked them up on Google and found this site. Apparently i got ripped like everyone els here.
