EforCity advertises a 30-day warranty for replacement ink cartridges for desktop printers. If a person opens and installs a defective replacement cartridge on day 31, they're "screwed." No return of a defective ink cartridge product possible, even if a package is unopened. Most people keep spare ink cartridges on hand. Don't do that with this company. Customer service makes no exceptions. Very unreasonable and a ripoff.
