Not what I ordered and damaged product Brooklyn, NY

I ordered 3 Lexmark Inkjet print cartridges.

I am very careful only to order cartridges by the printer manufacturer cuz once I ordered Brother cartridges from 123injets.com (which ended up being remanufactured) and they damaged my printer to the point that I had to throw it away.

I received 3 REMANUFACTURED cartridges in a damaged envelope. They didn't even bother to package them properly in a box, instead, they just threw them in an envelope!

They were all in small plastic pocket packages. One was torn, broken and leaking. One was in a box that was damaged, and one was intact. So, I ordered 3 OEM cartridges and ended up with only one functioning remanufactured cartridge.

I emailed their customer service department telling them about what I received and their reply was simply:

"You have not ordered original lexmark cartridges, but we will gladly exchange if returned"

This place is a complete joke and not really a proper outfit.
