Here is a company that is all over the internet selling printer and laser cartridges and claims they are "compatible" with your brand of printer, etc.
They are listed as 100% certified and guaranteed, however, I purchased a so called "compatible" cartridge for my Samsung laser printer and waited 16 days for it to ship from Miramar, FL to Sacramento, CA. That wasn't the worst.
This weekend, my toner cartridge ran out and I opened up this new cartridge I purchased from databazzar.com only to discover it will not work in my printer, although it has stickers on the box and on the actual cartridge itself that is compatible with the Samsung ML1710.
I e-mailed "customer no service" to tell them about it and I received a response that they do not "warranty or guarantee" compatibility and since I was outside their 30 day return policy, I could not get an exchange or refund.
Although their website says and the box indicates 100% compatibility and certified, they do not honor it. Would this not be concidered "FRAUD"? There is no manufacturer's name on the cartridge for me to contact them and databazzar's "customer no service" told me that the manufacturer does not warranty their own items either.
My advice is to stay away from databazzar.com and spend a little more on the genuine replacement cartridge for your printer and buy locally like Staples or OfficeMax, etc. At least you can return it if there is something wrong.
Stay away from Databazzar.com...
