I ordered my shoes March 21 an never got them

I ordered my shoes March 21 I got one email for my purchase and a order number after a week of not getting the conformation email saying that my shoes were shipped or not I became worried.

So I called the number only to find out you have to leave a message for customer service I left 4 messages through out these weeks no return i even contacted the sales reps even though your not supposed to they claimed to have email customer service they asked for my order number, name, and my number both times. I also e-mailed customer service two times.

Yesterday I called and asked the lady why doesn't the company have live customer service reps ofcourse she didn't know! I asked to speak to the person in charge of the company and she was clueless to anything I was asking or saying why do you work for a company and know nothing???

Yesterday was officially 3 weeks and I felt really uncomfortable after not getting an email telling me the status of my order and still haven't. It was even worse when there was no type of reply from customer service at all and there supposed to get back in touch within 24 hours what type of 24 hours are they talking about? Because it been 3 weeks.
