I ordered shoes weeks ago and got an order confirmation number and payment was taken right away. After that I waited over a week for an email with an update on my order (shipping) and did not recieved one, so I emailed via their customer service website. No response. I sent another email a week late and still no response. They have "customer service phone hours" on their site and no phone number. I realize now I am not going to get the shoes and I am seeking a refund through pay pal. Unacceptable
