I have analyzed the preceding four usacomplaints. Coms and now I see that this fraudulent 'company' probably uses a variety of tricks to fool people and gain time to earn as much money as possible unless their victim is aware of a fraud and takes the appropriate actions. I came across the DirectFileAccess.com website when surfing over the Internet in search for a sound file which was hard to find elsewhere. So I decided to sign up.in the course of sign up I was informed that to have access to this site I will be charged 3.38 EUR for a three days trial period and 22.63 EUR thereafter. At that time I was not quite aware that 'thereafter' meant 'every month thereafter' really. Well, I thought I would download the file I needed and then would be given a chance to close my account within a three days trial period. To my surprise on confirming my payment I was taken to BlazingEbooks.com a website I have never heard about! I was given a password to access that BlazingEbooks.com and it worked ok but it did not work with DirectFileAcces.com that I signed up! Anyway the initial password I was given at DirectFileAccess.com (before being redirected to BlazingEbooks.com) did not work either. This BlazingEbooks website seemed to be real and even the e-books they offered for sale seemed to be real. The only problem was that after my payment was done I was immediately redirected to an unsolicited service that I did not want. For obvious reasons I even did not try to download anything from them. I thought that a kind of malfunction of networking software occured or something so I emailed BlazingEbooks a request to close my account immediately. I did not hear from them for five days so felt uncertain about entering the ' 22.63 EUR monthly' period and later this really appeared to be the case. From now on the 'scenario' was similar to that described by another complainter John M: I was given a 'toll free' phone number 1-209-357-9013 and https://secure. Billingcenteronline.com/customer_support.html - support link to a billing site to cancel my order, etc... in my case the only difference was in that they said my subscription to Direct File Access.com was canceled. Funny too, as they never gave me access to it! Eventually my bank statement showed two charges from Billingsvc.com: 3.38 and 22.63 EUR. Because EUR (Euro) is still not an official currency in Poland my bank debites my credit card in US dollars (as far as international transactions ar considered) and for this transaction the exchange rate was about 1EUR = 1.6 USD. So I had to pay $41.5 = about 95 Polish ZLOTY for absolutely nothing!
To avoid being 'surprised' by those scammers again and again I took actions with my bank so that my credit card was canceled.
To conclude, the following websites: DIRECT FILE ACCESS.com, BLAZING EBOOKS.com & BILLINGSVC.com are a total fraud and huge scam. DO NOT SIGNUP or you will become poorer by $35, at least!
P.S. Recently I went back to Direct File Acces website only because I would like to know what was going on there after those numerous consumer complaintss. I noticed that the sign up dialogue on this website has been somewhat modified so that now it verbatim says to the user that 'to know if the payment was accepted the user will gain access to Blazing Ebooks which is their 'billing option' (???)' A new trick or what?
