June 2006 rip off took $160 from me in exchange for 2 pairs of shoes which I have not received

On june 8th two days before my 20th birthday i went online to purchase two pair of custom shoes for my birthday present from my boyfriend. I ordered the shoes with his credit card and on june 11th they took the money out of my boyfriends account. WELL I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY TRACKING NUMBER SO I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD EMAIL THEM TO SEE IF THEY HAD RECEIVED THE PAYMENT AND SHIPPED THE SHOES WELL THIS WAS MY REPLY:
Dear Valued Customer,
Yes we have received your payment, and your order is currently in que due to product availability... But your item/s was made available this week, and is on its way to you. You should receive your shoes within 7 days. Sorry 4 any inconv. For any further questions please contact our customer service Dept by email or phone. Tracking numbers will be sent out asap. For further questions please email us at [email protected]

Okay later that week i kept checking my email for the tracking number to show up and it didn't so i called the customer service rep and a woman answered the phone she said that due to the enormous amt of orders she wouldn't be able to send a tracking number until friday. It is a week later and i still didn't receive a tracking number of my shoe that i was supposed to have waited 7-10 days for. So i emailed them again

(on june 20th) we'll it's been 11 days i haven't received my shoes yet and i have not received a tracking number either. This is not good. And i got no reply

On june 23) i cannot begin to tell you all how unsatisfied i am. I ordered my shoes on the 8th of june and here is it the 23rd and i have not received my shoes or my tracking number for the shoes. I called retrofeet yesterday i also emailed several days ago for the information on my tracking number i talked to a woman and she said that the tracking number would be in my inbox by friday well today is friday i have no email from retrofeet in my inbox neither have i received my shoes. Consider me never ordering another pair of shoes from you all because i am the least bit satisfied with your service. Furthermore, i ordered those shoes in advance to have my shoes here for a special day me and my fiance had planned. We were planning on wearing our shoes to a reception tomorrow and we have no shoes but $160.00 had been deducted from my account. You got your money in a timely manner why can't i have my shoes that way in return.

On june 25th) it's sunday i was supposed to get my tracking number 2 days ago! My shoes was ordered 17 days ago what's the hold up? 7-10 days have been up i don't understand. You took my money but i don't have what i paid for and this is getting damn near ridiculous i could've took my money and went and bout me and my fiance some shoes. I'm starting to believe that retrofeet isn't a real company. I am getting really impatient. And still no replythis is really shocking and very sad because we've worked hard for that money just to have it taken from us due to false advertisement and all we were doing was trying to support their company if there is anyone out there that can help us get our hard earn money back.
