I ordered Air Jordan 22 PE - Detroit Pistons - White Varsity Royal - Varsity Red shoes from this company, first I got an email saying the shoes are out of stock and to pick another pair, which I did not want to do as I wanted those shoes specifically for my boyfriend (which were supposed to be a Christmas gift. Then a couple days later got another email stating they were back in stock. When I recieved them around New Years, they were the wrong shoes, and very ugly shoes too. I emailed "Sam" back to advise that I was shipped the wrong shoes, his reponse was to sell the shoes I got and re-order the shoes I orginally wanted. He stopped responding to my emails. Finally late one night, I was able to talk to the live customer support, they said that it would cost to much to correct their error. I was upset at this point, as almost a week has past since recieving the incorrect shoes and the customer service was not helpful at all. She kept refering to to "Sam" and advised that I was emailing and getting no response, then the customer service signed out and went off line.
NEVER order from this website... Horrible experience
