I've has Verizon Fios since 2/18. I've never obtained the support guaranteed since 2/18. I've get the change and lure, the run-around and also the "oh somebody can get back" touch. I requested the "triple-play" like everybody thinking I'd conserve only a little cash. It's been nothing significantly less than a headache. I have had sporadic intenet connection problems. The modem was exchanged twice. I had been advised I had been switching it off every three hours. I had been informed there is a recognized problem with Windows Vista and also the TCP/IP designs. BULL! I am a IT Specialist and many of my co workers contain it working great with Landscape. Lastly flat-out my friend who I persuaded to-order it's possess the same issue. Therefore it is absolutely equipment or community associated about the Verizon finish. The b want to get their work together today. Who actually recommended a-class action suit I am in it to get it. Lastly as well they charged me for times before my installation.
