This year, Bank of America has shown a distrust signal. I have been with this bank for over 40 years, and I just had a reason to cancel all my accounts. I see that I am past due on a credit card that is arranged in mobile banking to withdraw up to $200.00 all this year. Without letting me know, they allege that if the amount goes beyond $200.00, they will not pay it, but they are still deducting $50.00 and charging a late fee of $38.00. The result? I am paying only $12.00 into that credit card, accumulating interest charges, etc. When I check activities in online banking, it does not show it! When I go to see my statement online, it does not show it! I have proof of what I'm showing, and I would like to really complain to the highest institution of financial banking, as they are not letting customers know how they are ripping them off!
