I bought on the ebay shop of Sussen, a pair of german gothic axes, on the 4th of january, and a quillion dagger a few days later. I asked for a global delivery and paid my purchase on 11th of january.
Sinds now (3/17/08), I've never recevied the two axes, but well the dagger, in spite of many mails. Sussen told me several times they were tracking them, but now they don't answer anymore at my mails.
I've waiting until more than 60 days before to left to Sussen a negative feedback. And well, instead of apologize for the delay and the inconvenience, or to refund me, Sussen left me a negative retaliatory feedback, telling that I was leaving negative feedback instead of asking for tracking info!
I've paid for two axes, and now, I have no axes nor money or refund.
I'm very angry against Sussen and don't recommanded them anymore for business.
