I was high bidder on an item, made a PayPal payment within minutes after the auction ended. The seller attempted to raise the shipping price. I complained, he relented.
I left negative feedback.in a fit of anger, he did the same for me. Later, we both agreed to remove the negative feedback since it's the only negative feedback either of us have. E-bay refused to agree saying that since 90 days had passed, it was a matter of record and could not be changed. Don't trust negative feedback!!!
