EBay has a poor and misleading policy on feedback.
I had 100% positive feedback. Some do not want to deal with people that have any negative feedback.
I bought something from a seller who advertised that he shipped in 24 hours of payment receipt. It was not shipped until five days from payment receipt. I left negative feedback for the false ad.
He retaliated by posting a FALSE negative on me. I went through the eBay procedures to have it removed. They will not remove it. They do not remove any feedback, even if FALSE. They seem to only remove it by court order.
This is wrong and bad business policy.
