On May 3rd I purchased a Boss car audio deck from this company on Ebay, item # 140110072969.
Four days later, I was informed that they do not carry this product and that I could either have a refund or choose a similar item within $10 of the selling price. I said I wanted a refund.
The following day, May 8th, I was informed that they had the product and that it would ship that day. I then wrote back and asked for a tracking # to be sent to me. A reply on May 8th told me that I would receive a tracking # when the item shipped and that now it was going to ship by the end of the week, which I took to mean by May 11th.
On May 11th, I wrote asking for a tracking number. I was told once again that it would ship that day and that I would receive a tracking # by the end of the day.
On May 14th, I still had not heard anything so again I wrote an email to the company. Today, May 15th, I received an email stating that the item would ship by the end of the week. This is the 3rd time I have heard this from them.
I left negative feedback for them on Ebay because they are selling items they don't even carry. This particular auction had 96 available, even though they don't carry the product. After leaving negative feedback, I received the following threat from their company:
May 8th
I am sorry our intatial shipment was running late. They will be shipping out today, so no refund will be issued. Neg will be left for you in return as well. If you remove your neg today I will refund your shipping for the
delay but I need to see it go.

Even though I paid within 1 minute of winning the auction, they are trying to threaten me and saying they will leave negative feedback for me because I left it for them.
It has now been 12 days since I paid, I have received nothing but the run around from this company. I am filing a fraud complain with my bank and with the FTC today. This company has committed consumer fraud.
