I purchased a Pannasonic camcorder battery from this company and paid immediatly with Paypal. After my money was taken from my account, I had to contact the company to find out what the status was of my order. I was given a UPS tracking number which only addressed the billing information. They explained to me that UPS must have lost the item, and they would be sending me another one. A few days had gone by and I had to contact the company to find out the status. They said they sent a second one out, but UPS must have lost that one as well.

After I had filed a complaint with Paypal and left negative feedback on ebay, I was contacted by "Josh:, who was very upset that I had left negative feedback without contacting his company. Upo to this point, I had to do all of the follow-ups in locating my item, which they had never sent.

Then "Josh" told me he would send it out by Fedex for next day delivery if I would withdraw my negative feedback and complaint. He stated that he would not use UPS again and would only use Fedex for all of his shipping. Needless to say, I fell for it hook, line and sinker. Two days went by and UPS delivered it. A Fedex delivery never came. This guy is a complete liar.in tracking this companies feedbacks, it appears that their MO is the same with everyone. You leave negative feedback they contact you to try and get you to withdraw it. If you disagree with them, you are will get negative feedback left. A lot of lying until you get your item.
