Fradulent charge on phone bill

I noticed an extra $14.95 charge on my AT&T phone bill. When I called the phone number listed, I told the lady what my bill said and asked what it was for. She said it was something I signed up for online. Where? I asked; she said a site called azoogle.com. I told her I had never visited that site or the residentialemail.com site and signed up for anything. I then asked her to please issue a credit. She immediately went into a sales pitch. I quickly told her, "NO! I do not want it, I do not need it, and I want it off my bill now!" She said she would send a confirmation email for the credit to the email address on file. I then asked what email address that might be. She gave an address that did not belong to me but it was my first name with three random numbers on the end. I also told her that was not my email address and gave her my correct one to send the confirmation of the cancellation and credit. I do pray that was not a mistake as well! Now they have my real email address.
