I called the company Enhanced serviced Residential email and asked for a credit for the charge they placed on my phone bill. After some discussion they agreed to remove the charge, but the credit will take one or two months to show up on my ATT bill. ATT would not remove the charge saying it was a third party charge and they have no control over it.
I do not like ATT accepting third party charges like this. I do not use my phone no. Like a credit card, and this is like ATT is saying my phone number is like a credit card.
It is an abuse of the phone number. And phone service by both companies.
