My brother had purchased a new Acer laptop for me as a gift for $600 and after I got it few days after i decided to return it so the money goes back to my brother CC cause he was in need for the money.
Box was sealed then when I went to return it the CS rep broke the seal and checked everything on the laptop then she asked me for a restocking fee.
The opend it and it was sealed.
Manager came and was never helpful. The manager start yelling at me that I have to leave the store and was so rude.
I didn't want to leave cause if I leave I will lose my chance to prove that they opend it not me,
They called the cops and they asked me to leave and cops told me that I can take them to a small claim court in order to get this resolved,
Called 1800 Bestbuy and they gave me a case # and thats it.
I will take them to court soon then I will post results.
