6 weeks and no compute

I ordered an HP Laptop on 9/12 for in store pickup at the Bangor, Me Bestbuy. It should have arrived in days. It is now 10/21 no laptop. Online order status id "in progress" no one in Bestbuy customer support can cancel the order or refund my money of over $1,000.00 which they have had all this time.
