Yesterday on Jan 2 I purchased a Sony Vaio laptop from the Willow Grove, Pa BestBuy store near my work. The purchase came to around 960 with tax and I also bought a game. I get home from work setup the laptop and it is not working correctly very slow, game doesnt play correctly, cannot sign on to my email... Anyway I am VERY unhappy with the product. So the assoicate in PA told me I had 14days to return it NO QUESTIONS asked. SO I went today to return the laptop to the E. Brunswick location and the store manager refused to return the item and told me to call the 1800 number. Then when I wouldnt go away he then said he would charge me a 15% restocking fee. After the horrendous x-mas season how could a company lose any customers... Best Buy lost a big customer I will NEVER go there again not even for AA batteries
