I ordered an anniversary present for my husband from this company. My husband is currently overseas and had arranged to be home for our anniversary. When the items I ordered didn't arrive on time I tried calling the company and the phone number was disconnected.
Next I emailed the company. I received an auto-reply telling me about all of these people's family and personal problems. The auto-reply also said that mailing items was their first priority. I tried to go back on the site but it says it is being "reorganized". I have sent several subsequent emails but I always receive the same auto-reply.
It has been 3 months and I still have never received the merchandise I paid for. No one has responded to my emails. This company is either a scam or they have no customer care and a very unprofessinal attitude. If they have so many problems that they can't send merchandise out, they should not be accepting anyone's money for that merchandise.
