Ripoff 2 mos with no merchandise, promises, no refunds given East Coast

I ordered my son in the middle of November, 3 t-shirts from this company. I emailed them the middle of December on where was my merchandise I ordered this is there response

Then I emailed them back and stated these items were xmas gifts, and could they please let me know if I will receive these before xmas or not? They stated

You will get it before christmas.

Well the week of christmas, and to date 1/18 i still have not received my items. I finally emailed them and told them forget it, and refund my money, well I haven't received my money, or merchandise???
This company is bogus, and made false promises, if they couldn't get my items to me before xmas then the should have let me know and been honest about it. Not leave me to go shopping on xmas eve to purchase items to replace these items.
