My name is hazel i am filing a complaint with the nu era website for fraudlent activity as far as accepting payment for merchandise not delivered. I was charged for merchandise which i can prove and also have a confrimation email with my merchandise. I ordered from this company but they have only delivered one of
the items i ordered&payed for begginning of november.
I have emailed/written this website repeadetly concerning my incomplete ordered and to give my money back for undelivered item. They obviously are not sending by now but they have not reimburesed me nor have sent my other merchandise as of yet and ignore my emails to thier so called customer service dept.
I can only come to the conclusion that after a entire month of emails to this website about my money&merchandise, that they intend to keep both and continue to ignore me, hoping i will give up so they can keep my money&rip me off.
Are there not laws against so called bussinesses that promote products to consumers and take money from people and have no intentions of sending them what they have paid for. This should be very illegal?
