This has been going on for three months now. I ordered a faceplate for my cellphone. BIG BIG MISTAKE!
The money was withdrawn from my account almost immediately, I received an email saying the merchandise would be shipped soon. Received another email saying merchandise was sent. Waited, waited, waited. Nothing.
Emailed asking about order 6-7 times with no reply. Tried calling and the phone rang and rang with no answer. Finally I got an email saying the merchandise was discontinued, choose something else. Dumby me... I picked another face plate and went through the same thing.
Now I received a reply saying - "so sorry, I am new to job - trying to catch up on emails previous person left unanswered - you may choose three for the price of one."
HA! Not again. I refused offer and said I wanted my $ back. I should not be charged for merchandise they don't have and they are committing advertising fraud. The item in question is still on web site.
Think I will ever see the end to this??
