On November 2, I ordered a copy of a software application product by the name of iFlash from the website www.loopware.com. I paid $14.95 on my credit card for the product and never received it.
I e-mailed the company (or David McGavern, because it is a one-man firm) at least three times, because I wondered after a week or so whether or not I should have downloaded the software. When I checked again, however, the order I printed out stated that the software would be shipped to me. All of my e-mails went unanswered.
About a week ago, I found the owner's phone number on the website and called. His father answered the phone and claimed that his son David was in bed sleeping. I told his father that I had not received the software and gave him my e-mail address and phone number. I have heard nothing and no voice mail messages were left on my phone.
About four days ago I sent a certified letter to David McGavern stating that I wanted the product I paid for or my money back. According to the USPS website, the letter was received this morning at 8:05 AM. I have heard nothing.
I don't get it.
