I ordered cushion covers in the summer of 2007. I prepaid because the company has been in business for several years and seemed reliable (I had ordered samples from them years earlier and not acted on it). However, I have still not received the order. I don't mind waiting, but the thing that bothers me is there has been no personal response from them. I did get a recorded message that they were having trouble with their fabric suppliers. When I tried to call and order a different fabric, I had to leave a message on an answering machine. Needless to say, they have not returned my call.
