Having ordered replacement cushions from this company in the past, I had no reason to question their honesty. After contacting the company numerous times to get fabric samples, I decided on a fabric for replacement cushions and then called them to place the order. I was told that they were having credit card problems and if I wanted to expedite the order, I could send a check to prepay it.
Six weeks have now past and I have left numerous messages on their answering machine, but cannot reach anyone, nor have I received a return call regarding the status of my order.
I have now done the research that I should have done before paying for this order and see that I am probably not going to receive my cushions (and even if I do, it sounds like the quality will be VERY poor) or my $550 back from these crooks.
