On 9/27/07 I placed an order for new cushions to be sent to my son's family in Florida. I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. At the beginning of December I called the company to check on my order and was unable to speak to a live person. I, therefore, left a message and in a few days I received a recorded returned call stating that the company had a problem with a supplier and it would take up to 90 more days for my order. I have since called and left many messages (always unable to speak to anything but a machine) none of which have been returned.in January I called and left a message from a different phone number stating that I would like to place an order. Remarkably, I received a call from a live person, more than happy to take my order. I explained the situation to her. She stated that she was in a different department and that she could not help me. She did say that she would send a message to the proper person and have them call me ASAP. They never did. Two weeks ago, I called and left a message that I must speak to someone or I would have to do what I could to recover the charges that had gone against my credit card on the day of the order. Again, no response. Now that it has been the additional 90 days since the recorded message and I have still not received the merchanise or any communication I am filling this report in hopes of stopping this from happening to others and to recover the $402.65 that was charged against my MasterCard.
