Yes i got cable tv 3 boxes one is a hi def dvr box i pay 169 a month they are also billing me a month in advanced it seems as if im getting billed every 2 weeks and my roadrunner interent connection im supposed to get 15mb connection i was but now
Im getting next to dial up speeds for the last week and i called tech support they tryed rebooting my cable modem on there end they checked power levels and everything rebooted modem rebooted pc i scanned for spyware i scanned for viruses nothing i got a new pc almost its am athlon 64 3 ghz 1 gig ram 300 gig harddrive and motorole surboard modem wich is best for roadrunner service and they sent a guy out but he never showed up all day he was supposed to be here between 1pm and 5pm thursday october 18th i hate this is the 3erd time this has happend very big rip off im going to call every news chanel and report them
