First, the start charging $3.95 / month for a $16 modem. Meanwhile, they are giving me 30 Megabit/s download speed. So I buy the same model of modem that they use, and they tell me that they will not activate it. So I spend the big bucks and get the Motorola modem and then they activate it. BUT - they drop the speed to 10 Megabits/s. Then they have the gall to say they will give me my old speed for another $67/month!
