I have seen many complaints about Time Warner, but when I lived in an area that got TWC service, I rarely had issues: My cable modem ran for months without needing a reboot, and I almost always had as much bandwidth as promised.
About a year ago, we moved. We are now a good bit away, down a dirt road from a neighborhood with TWC, and I can't seem to get service here. I have the most horrendous DSL service with CenturyLink and I can't get them to fix it, and frankly, I don't want to. I want TWC Road Runner broadband.
What can I do to get RoadRunner service at my home?
