I phoned Time Warner when I was setting up my internet connection and was told that I could later upgrade to the next tier up with the promo (internet) rate ($20 more per month) if I found the service to be too slow. I went ahead and ordered the lower tier and service was set up. A few weeks later, I call to upgrade and they tell me the best they can do is $45 more per month. All I want to do is pay Time Warner, more money but they won't let me!
