I ordered an Ipod battery from them and it was presented that it was a fairly straightforward process, but clearly it was not. The battery was provided with instructions that were obviously written by someone in China that does not speak English very well and Ipod Battery Depot clearly does not care enough to add proper documentation. For example, "Press the button of socket by plastic tool so that the cable was fixed smoothly". I asked what that means and never got an answer (no matter how many times I asked). I plugged in the battery, it did not work, they sent me another, it still did not work, and then he (Brian B.in Sales or Customer Service-He said both at different times) said that they would fix it for a discount of $15 off the price to fix it! The process to change an Ipod Battery is not even close to a simple process and should not be attempted by ANYONE. Ipod Battery Depot completely lies when they say the process is not that difficult. They are the reason that my Ipod is now broken and could care less!!!
