I waited over a month for battery replacement and when I finally got my iPod back, the "new" battery performed exactly like the old one, which is to say not at all. They attributed the delay to being out of batteries and then to receiving a batch of defective batteries, which apparently I got. Jeez, all they do is batteries, how can they get it so wrong? When I asked for a refund, they refused and instead suggested I send my iPod back to them so they could install another battery. After insisting they refund my money, they said they would go "above and beyond" their policy by refunding me $11.99 of my $55 payment. I guess they usually keep ALL your money for doing nothing.
