In Nov. 2011 iPod Doctor replaced the defective battery of one iPod and the battery and hard drive of a 2nd iPod. Both iPods were returned promptly. The first iPod proved defective again in Jan. 2012 (froze / unable to restart or reboot) and after emailing iPod doctor was returned registered mail. Delivery was confirmed by Royal Mail and in spite of four email requests, no communication has been received from the company. As there is no telephone number listed, I am unable to contact them directly to find out what is happening. I am now considering taking the matter further through the small claims court.
