I ordered a battery for my Ipod Video from them and it came with really poor instructions (obviously written by someone in China that does not speak very good English). I installed it the best I could and now the case won't close all the way and I have been charging it for over 2 hours and it still says, "Please wait, Very Low Battery" so clearly I broke the darn thing.
Do not attempt to install a new battery on your own. It is very complicated and you will break it!!!
This place is a joke and their product is a joke.
