DiscountMugs - MugsUSA - Bel, Incorporated - Belmugs Rude & not professional at all. You'll Pay for Their Mistakes! Horrible, Horrible Customer Service ripoff Nationwide

We ordered samples from Discountmugs.com prior to placing our order for aqua and clear mugs. This was to make sure that the color of the mug was a good color for our business.

Based on the samples we received, we placed the order for the aqua mug. When we received the the bottle color was not the same as we received in the sample. We contacted DiscountMugs.com that day, naively expecting that they would apologize and rerun the job, since they sent us the wrong color sample. Afterall, they claim to have great customer service and this mistake of theirs falls within their policy that they post on their website.

After a frustrating several days going back and forth with their customer service, their response was:

"The sample you received was clearly the blue and not our aqua. This may have been sent to you in error, when you received your sample the issue of the color should have been addressed at that time. We have sent you what was requested on your order form and a redo is not owed."

So we were supposed to know that they sent us the wrong sample color? They took no responsibility for their actions. And our psychic abilities were not working so we did not know that the color was wrong. Afterall, the point of requesting a sample is so you know what the exact color is since you can't really tell the color from a photograph on the web.

Finally, they just decided to send me this reply:

"Unfortunately nothing can be done. You have received exactly what you requested on your order form. If you wish to place a new order please get in contact with our Sales Dept. At 1-800-569-1980.

This ticket is now closed and no further replies will be answered on this ticket."

Right! Based on wrong color sample that they sent. Isn't that great customer service!

Bottom Line:

In my opinion - If you care about quality and getting what you want, don't do business with Discountmugs.com.
If you care about customer service, don't do business with DiscountMugs.com
