I ordered some custom koozies for work on 7/30. They were delivered almost a month later, 8/20 and the koozies were the wrong color. I ordered tourquoise koozies with hot pink lettering. I received green koozies with light pink lettering. I emailed discount mugs and spoke with a Natasha Lugo who claimed that that was the correct colors. I printed out the colors they showed on their website with the koozie compared next to it to show the very obvious difference. She then agreed to replace the koozies. Today is 9/24 and I have not received a confirmation email, nor will they reply to any of my emails or phone calls. (10:50am 9/20 left voicemail - 4:24pm 9/20 left voicemail - 9:30am 9/23 left voicemail - 9:31am 9/24 called art dept & they transferred me to customer service, waited on hold 10 minutes and finally hung up - 9:41am 9/24 called customer service dept and waiting for someone to pick up for 24 minutes and finally hung up) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - customer service is horrible and you will be throwing your hard earned money AWAY!
