I requested samples from the website, and waited almost 2 weeks to receive. I selected Medium Gray. I placed my order for mats on line. A week later I received an email that the color was on backorder and my mats would be produced in a few days. I received my mats a week later IN A DIFFERENT COLOR than I ordered. I went to the website and saw they no longer carry Medium Gray. I was not informed this color was no longer being carried, they selected another color, which does not match my car. I now have to argue with them to get a full fund. Why would a company manufacturer a product in a color the customer did not order. That is simply horrible customer service.
