Incompetent and non-responsive company

I requested a Gibson RB-250 Mastertone banjo from Artist's Buddy on the internet (www.musiciansfriend.com) many months before. Them was backordered for a while, and I actually donot blame Artist's Buddy for that. Nevertheless, once the product was delivered it visited the incorrect target. Once they terminated subsequently reissued my order, possibly because of the backorder issues, they didn't move the right delivery address towards the reissued order. After I originally obtained this reissue verification, I tried contacting them in the Contact site on the site to tell them the delivery address was incorrect. Which was weeks before and that I have yet to obtain a reaction.

The device is meant to become sent to the incorrect tackle someday this week, and because I will not be around this week there is very little opportunity I Will have it. After I got the delivery notice I tried contacting them again, got no reaction, and so I named. As the woman I spoke to was really supportive and apologetic for this issue, there is nothing she might do to assist. Ideally advantages wont simply abandon it about the doorstep, when they do, it will be passed by the full time I return.

I am attached and wont make use of this organization again, and ideally another person might find this before they end up buying something from these inexperienced and low-receptive people.
