I ordered 100 water bottles from Discountmugs.com We received the product in, and the print was to small, and a lot smaller than the proof and artwork we sent them.
When we contacted them, they simply stated, the order was processed correctly and their was nothing they could do.
We clearly stated on our order, if the font won't work or won't look good, please contact us. They DID NOT contact us, they just shrunk the font and printed.
They just refuse to do anything... Won't refund, won't rework... Nothing. They just take your money and run.
You can't call them unless you are placing an order, and you can't reply to their e-mails. You have to keep refiling a complaint ticket.
Ridiculous.
