Bought a phone from them and 6 weeks later it stopped working. Sent it back to them and they have now had the phone for 15 weeks. Can't get a manager to talk to me or respond to my emails. They will not refund my money, send me a new phone or even send me mine back unrepaired. They never stated in the listing that the phone was manufactured for use in another country which means that the manufacturer will not work on the phone. Am very frustrated and have filed numerous complaints with various organizations but have not had any luck.
