I bought a phone on E-Bay from this guy.

I called cellpoint_inc at 718 308 3333.
No answer and no call back from leaving multiple messages.
I filed a complaint with PayPal, I will get my money back, see below.

This company tried filing a nonpayment stike on E-Bay so I could not leave bad feedback. I had the payment strike removed and filed charges on E-Bay to get him black flagged and removed from E-Bay.
I just want anyone dealing with him to be aware of who he is and to provide contact information so he can be caught. Yes he will soon make a big noise and escape to Brooklyn.
