Got a self scooping litter box in Nove it broke in Jan. They told me tp cut a wire send the part in and I would get a new box. I always had to contact them. First it was back order then new manufacturer then a couple weeks. Ive call numerous times and have a few emails. Last time it was arrured me it would be here by 2nd week of August or they actually offered me a refund in 6-8 weeks well 2 nd week of Aug was only 3 weeks away. And no litter bo called back once again on back order. Called back 2 weeks ago and spoke with a manager who assured me they would spped up a refund check (which Ive been lied to since Jan) and it would be here by the end of next week, which was last Friday. So since January I have had a non working litter box and am out the money I paid. Reading consumer complaints Im not the only one. And when you call all they say id Im sorry. If it was there money. I know a hundred and some isnt much to some but it is to me and theyve kept my money.
