I called customer service and requested a cancellation on my account over a year ago. I had no incident until this last month, when I starte receiving repeated phone calls from the collections department every day. I finally spoke to a person this evening and told them the account had been closed, I fought it with my bank and they are not allowing People PC to charge my account any more and that what they are doing now is considered harassment for money I do not owe.
